Each party shall bear its own legal costs, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. If arbitration is not applicable, the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Refunds will be credited within 5-6 business days to the original payment method.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
12.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
