Return and Refund Policy

We take utmost care in processing and packaging your order. Each product is checked and packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Returns and refunds are limited to specific cases as outlined below:

1. Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

 

  • A complete unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.

 

  • Damage includes shattered or broken full bottles or decants. Depending on the condition, we may request the product to be sent back—return logistics will be arranged and covered by us.

 

  • In case of an incorrect product (full bottle or decant), only exchange is allowed—no refund will be issued. Shipping and reverse pickup will be managed and covered by us. 

 

  • Approved exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 7  business days from the date of confirmation.

 

  • The exchange product will be delivered within 10 business days post confirmation depending on the logistics partner.

 

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging (applicable for incorrect items).

 

  • We accurately record decant fill levels — any usage of decants before reporting a wrongly sent product will void eligibility for exchange.

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged products after verification.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If any delay occurs due to technical issues, you will be informed in advance.
